The Cobalt Blue Seal on the 3 1/4 inch float is about 1 3/8 wide.  Finding blue dots on this size float is unusual.

There are also fine blue swirls that spiral thought this float.

It has a partial stamp of WP #81 which is the number "2".

There is a considerable amount of net pattern frosting on the surface of this float, too.

This float has excellent provenance. It was beachcombed in the Aleutian Islands by Paul Umlauf.
